Why We Created Shanti Detox 2025
Shanti Detox 2025 was born out of our personal experiences with fasting, cleansing, and healing. Both Melanie and I have gone through the challenges of detoxing alone, a process that can feel isolating and overwhelming. We wanted to create a supportive and empowering space where no one has to go through this journey alone.
